Overview
Grandeur is a comprehensive "Marketing Operating System" designed to help teams plan, govern, and publish content. As a Junior Designer on the team, I was responsible for bringing the marketing site to life and designing specific, complex utility features for the SaaS product.
Deliverables
Product Design (SaaS): I was tasked with designing specific high-utility modules, such as the UTM Builder, Content Editor, SEO Checklist & Advisor and more, ensuring they fit seamlessly into the broader design system.
Website Visual Design:
I contributed to the overall visual direction of the marketing website, designing key sections including the hero experience, feature layouts, and the bento grid system. I focused on creating a structured visual hierarchy, modern SaaS aesthetics, and engaging hover interactions to improve content discoverability and storytelling.
Feature Spotlight: UTM Builder
I designed a two-sided system where creators utilize a "fill-in-the-blank" interface with dropdown tokens and live previews to prevent manual errors. Simultaneously, managers control data integrity through a governance panel that automatically enforces rules—like "Force Lowercase" or "Block Custom Text"—ensuring consistent tracking data without the need for micromanagement.
Feature Spotlight: Approvals Dashboard
I created a dual-tier workflow where creators must clear a mandatory "Gatekeeper" checklist to verify basics like grammar and dimensions before submission, ensuring only high-quality drafts reach the reviewer. For managers, I designed a high-velocity dashboard that facilitates batch approvals and employs SLA timers to automatically escalate overdue items, ensuring the production pipeline never stalls.
SEO Advisor & Checklist:
I unified SEO strategy and execution into a single command center. The Advisor automates complex research into prioritized recommendations, while the Checklist organizes these tasks into a clear workflow with automated verification. This allows teams to move instantly from high-level insight to technical action without switching tools.
